When to commission this

After a KYC record verification audit — ours or another firm’s — your team remediates exceptions over weeks or months. Boards and MLROs often want independent confirmation that “closed” really means the file now holds the missing passport certified copy, updated ownership chart, or refreshed source-of-funds pack.

What we re-test

  • Closed exceptions against the original finding text
  • Evidence dates relative to the remediation deadline
  • Whether risk ratings were recalculated when material facts changed
  • Open items still within agreed timelines versus those that have slipped

Output

An updated status table suitable for the risk committee, noting any findings we recommend reopening. We do not expand into a fresh full-population audit unless you request it separately.
